Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel and want you to love your order. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Custom & Personalized Items

  • Because all custom and personalized items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

  • Please double-check your size, colors, and personalization details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

  • For non-customized items, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at jmclelan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
