  • We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before production begins on custom items.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times may vary based on location and production volume.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy for details. In short:

  • Custom/personalized items are final sale unless defective.

  • Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
